About the Project
Melia Miami Brickell -- formerly Visions at Brickell Station -- is an eight-story luxury condo-hotel at 1120 Southwest Third Avenue in Brickell, two minutes on foot from the neighborhood's Metrorail station. Developed by Urban Network Capital Group and Vertical Developments, the boutique tower delivers 111 fully furnished residences with no rental restrictions and an optional hotel rental program, making each unit simultaneously a luxury home and an income-generating asset. Designed by DTI Architects and built by T&G Constructors, the building broke ground in June 2025, closed a $30 million construction loan in September 2025, and is targeting delivery in 2027.
Urban Network Capital Group, led by Miami-based developer Robert Thorne, assembled the 0.3-acre, three-parcel site before announcing the project in 2023. The firm focuses on eco-conscious, transit-oriented communities across Florida and Texas; Visions at Brickell Station is their most prominent South Florida development. Joint venture partner Vertical Developments brings a $2 billion portfolio and deep experience in high-value urban projects. In October 2025, the partnership announced a branding agreement with Melia Hotels International -- the Spanish group with more than 350 properties in 40 countries -- marking the brand's first U.S. branded residences. The rebrand adds Melia's global booking network, professional management, and European-caliber service standards to every ownership experience.
Interiors by Concepto place wellness at the center of the design program. All 111 residences span 490 to 675 square feet as studios, junior suites, and one-bedrooms, each fully furnished and turnkey-ready. Floor-to-ceiling windows, ceramic tile flooring, quartz countertops, and custom Italian cabinetry define the finish level. Every unit also receives Concepto's full biohacking suite as a standard feature: circadian lighting calibrated to natural sleep-wake cycles, probiotic diffusers that purify air and support respiratory health, vitamin C shower filters that eliminate 99.9 percent of chlorine, grounding mattress pads to reduce inflammation, and non-toxic wall coverings throughout. The building is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council and pursuing LEED Silver certification.
The rooftop infinity pool and terrace anchors the top floor with panoramic views over Brickell and Biscayne Bay, accompanied by a rooftop bar for alfresco dining and socializing. An on-site restaurant delivers hotel-quality food and beverage service to residents and guests without leaving the building. The spa and wellness center encompasses an infrared sauna, cold plunge pools, an IV therapy lounge, and Brain Tap meditation technology. The interactive fitness center features smart equipment that adapts to individual training profiles. Concierge services, front desk check-in, laundry, and a bike-share program complete the hospitality stack, ensuring day-to-day ownership carries the ease of a five-star hotel stay.
Positioned 155 yards from the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover station complex -- the second-busiest node in the Miami-Dade system with roughly 8,430 daily boardings -- the building offers direct service to Miami International Airport, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables without a car. Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and the waterfront promenade are all within walking distance, making this one of the few genuinely car-optional addresses in Miami -- a quality that drives rental demand from both domestic and international visitors.
Over half of the 111 residences are already pre-sold ahead of completion. Prices range from $495,000 to approximately $675,000 -- a competitive entry point for a fully branded, managed condo-hotel in Brickell. Owners who enroll in the Melia rental program access the brand's global booking channels, loyalty membership, and professional yield management, materially improving income over self-managed listings. With construction underway and delivery set for 2027, early pricing remains available before the Melia brand premium takes full effect at opening. For buyers seeking luxury ownership, biohacking-integrated design, and STR income flexibility in Miami's most transit-connected neighborhood, Melia Miami Brickell has few direct competitors at its price point.
