About the Project

ORA by Casa Tua is the residential expression of one of Miami's most beloved private institutions. Founded in 2001 by Miky and Leticia Grendene in a landmarked Spanish-style villa on South Beach, Casa Tua -- Italian for "your home" -- introduced to America the idea of a private social club built around the warmth of a real home: exceptional Italian cooking, works of art on the walls, flickering candlelight, and a cultivated membership that made the world feel smaller. Over the following two decades, the Grendenes expanded their vision to Aspen, Paris, and an outpost within Brickell City Centre, each time transplanting the same philosophy that hospitality is not a service industry but a way of living. ORA represents their most ambitious statement yet -- a full residential tower in which the boundaries between a private home and a five-star private club are dissolved entirely, and the Casa Tua sensibility becomes the permanent architecture of daily life.

Rising 76 stories and over 930 feet above the heart of Brickell, ORA was designed by Arquitectonica, the Miami-born firm whose work has defined the city's skyline for four decades. The tower occupies the full city block at 1210 Brickell Avenue, positioned at the axis of Miami's financial district and within a short walk of Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and the Metromover network that connects the neighborhood to Wynwood, the Design District, and Coconut Grove. The building's curved glass form tapers elegantly as it rises, offering unobstructed panoramas of Biscayne Bay to the east, the Downtown Miami skyline to the north, and Coconut Grove's tree canopy to the south. At its mid-point, a three-story sky garden known as BOSCO -- an open, nature-immersed park suspended at the fortieth floor -- anchors the building's vertical composition and creates an amenity layer unlike anything else in the Brickell market.

ORA's 533 residences span studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations, ranging from approximately 487 to 2,302 square feet, with private terraces that extend each home into the open air. Interiors were conceived by m2atelier, the Milanese design studio whose portfolio includes some of Italy's most admired residential projects, and the result is a language of understated material refinement: custom Molteni&C kitchens fitted with Gaggenau appliances, Italian-designed bathrooms finished in natural stone, ten-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and smart-home technology integrated throughout. VENTO is the rooftop bar and restaurant, open to residents and their guests, with sweeping bay and skyline views from the tower's upper floors. Beyond dining, ORA offers a resort-style pool on the twelfth floor with private cabanas, a second rooftop pool and lounge at the crown, a full wellness spa with sauna and hammam treatment rooms, a Technogym-equipped fitness center spread across two levels, a private event space, a co-working lounge, and the BOSCO sky park -- a programmed three-story garden with event lawn, shaded seating, and panoramic city views that serves as the social heart of the community.

Brickell has undergone a transformation over the past fifteen years from Miami's financial district into one of the most livable urban neighborhoods in the American Southeast. The opening of Brickell City Centre in 2016 introduced high-street retail, destination dining, and Class A office space to a neighborhood that already counted the majority of South Florida's banking institutions among its tenants.
