About the Project
Rising thirty-three stories above the verdant waterfront of North Miami, ONE Park Tower by Turnberry stands as the inaugural for-sale residential tower within SoLé Mia, the sweeping 184-acre master-planned community developed by Turnberry and LeFrak. Set at 2411 Laguna Circle and overlooking the shimmering Laguna SoLé—a seven-acre Crystal Lagoon—this landmark address places its residents at the intersection of urban sophistication and unspoiled natural beauty. Bordered by the ancient mangroves of Oleta River State Park and with direct access to Biscayne Bay, the site represents one of the most ecologically privileged locations in all of South Florida, offering a caliber of setting that simply cannot be replicated in the denser precincts of Miami Beach or Brickell.
The tower was designed by Arquitectonica, the Miami-based firm whose decades of global practice have shaped the visual vocabulary of the modern city, in collaboration with landscape architect Enzo Enea, whose botanical sensitivity brings a richly layered garden dimension to the development's outdoor environments. The building's silhouette is characterized by sweeping horizontal lines, expansive walls of floor-to-ceiling glass, and oversized wrap-around terraces that dissolve the boundary between interior living and the open South Florida sky. Spanning 869,000 square feet across thirty-three stories, the tower accommodates seven distinct residence types and three dedicated penthouse levels—a formal acknowledgment that the building's crown deserves the same curatorial attention as its interiors.
The 292 residences at ONE Park Tower range from approximately 962 to more than 5,000 square feet and encompass one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations, including penthouse homes within The ONES collection, an exclusive tier of twenty-one residences priced from million. Interiors were conceived by Meyer Davis Studio, the New York-based firm celebrated for its ability to fuse restraint with warmth, and are characterized throughout by Italian porcelain flooring, soaring ceiling heights, and custom millwork that gives each home a bespoke quality rarely found in large-scale residential development. Primary suites offer walk-in closets of true wardrobe-room proportions and spa-inspired bathrooms featuring wet rooms with both a soaking tub and a rainfall shower. All residences include private outdoor terraces with seamless glass railings, extending living space outward toward the lagoon, the park, and the luminous Miami skyline.
The amenity program at ONE Park Tower is built around a defining centerpiece: the Laguna SoLé, a seven-acre Crystal Lagoon—a proprietary technology that maintains vast freshwater swimming environments in a state of crystalline clarity using a fraction of the resources required by conventional pools. Residents enjoy private access to the ONE Beach Club, a fully programmed waterfront venue with sandy beaches, individual cabanas, and an array of watersports including kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkeling. The sixth-floor social deck provides a resort-style pool and spa with poolside summer kitchen and dedicated attendant service. Within the building, the amenity suite extends to a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga, Pilates, and spinning studios; a golf simulator; tennis and pickleball courts; an executive business lounge; a curated library; a wine room; a children's playroom; and pet grooming services. Eight miles of dedicated bike and running paths thread through the SoLé Mia grounds, while half-acre gardens and park space provide a quiet counterpoint to the vivid lagoon.
The development is led by two of South Florida's most accomplished figures in luxury residential real estate. Carlos Rosso, born in Buenos Aires and trained at MIT, served for nearly two decades as president of the Related Group's condominium division, during which time he shepherded more than 16,000 units to market across marquee addresses including Residences by Armani/Casa in Sunny Isles, the Paraiso complex in Edgewater, and SLS Lux in Brickell. He departed Related in 2020 and aligned with Turnberry, the storied development company founded by Donald Soffer—the visionary who transformed South Florida swampland into the flourishing city of Aventura in the 1970s. Today Turnberry is led by Jackie Soffer, Donald's daughter and current chair and CEO, whose oversight of SoLé Mia represents a multi-decade commitment to responsible, large-scale placemaking in Miami-Dade County.
North Miami is undergoing a meaningful transformation, emerging as one of the region's most compelling investment addresses as rising costs in Miami Beach and Brickell push discerning buyers northward in search of value, space, and authenticity. SoLé Mia's long-term master plan calls for more than 5,000 residential units alongside approximately one million square feet of retail and commercial space, anchored by the presence of the University of Miami Health System campus immediately adjacent to the site. ONE Park Tower topped out structurally in April 2025 and is progressing toward a projected delivery in Summer 2026, with approximately seventy-five percent of residences already sold. Prices start at 00,000, positioning the building as a rare opportunity to acquire a fully amenitized luxury residence in one of South Florida's most carefully conceived new communities.
