About the Project

Few addresses in South Florida carry the weight of a name forged at the southern tip of Miami Beach. Ian Bruce Eichner, founder and chief executive of The Continuum Company, spent the better part of two decades defining what oceanfront luxury could mean in America before setting his sights on Bay Harbor Islands. His masterwork, The Continuum on South Beach — a pair of shimmering glass towers completed between 2003 and 2008 — established a template for gated, amenity-rich beachfront living that the market had never seen before. It sold out completely, appreciated dramatically, and became a cultural landmark for South Florida real estate. The architecture of La Baia North was entrusted to Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture, the Miami-based firm responsible for some of the region's most admired residential towers. Revuelta's approach to the building is one of refined coastal modernism — clean horizontal lines, generous terraces, floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant glass, and a material palette that draws from the surrounding water rather than competing with it. At eight stories, the building is deliberately low-rise by Miami standards, allowing every residence to capture meaningful views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami skyline, or both. The interiors were curated by New York-based Durukan Design, whose sensibility leans toward warm minimalism: bespoke European cabinetry, imported wide-plank hardwood flooring, natural marble stone in the bathrooms, and custom Hansgrohe fixtures throughout. Kitchens come outfitted with a full Miele appliance package — including the in-residence washer and dryer — and quartz stone countertops. Ceiling heights reach nine feet in standard residences and ten feet in select penthouses, and each home includes a den or home office with a full bath, a generously appointed primary bedroom with walk-in closets, and private terraces sized for real outdoor living. Landscaping across the site was designed by C. Wright Studios, whose tropical plantings frame the building's bayfront position with approximately 8,500 square feet of lush greenery.

Residences at La Baia North are available in two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations ranging from approximately 1,400 to 2,100 square feet, with prices beginning at .4 million. The amenity program spans more than 20,000 square feet and is organized across two distinct zones that reflect the building's dual commitment to active resort living and quiet, restorative retreat.
