Construction on Villa Miami, the 56-story bayfront tower in Edgewater developed by Terra Group and One Thousand Group in partnership with Major Food Group, has surpassed its structural midpoint — with the reinforced concrete superstructure rising past the 28th floor above Biscayne Bay.
The tower, which will house 70 ultra-luxury residences priced from $5 million, is being built by Moss Construction and is backed by a $285 million construction loan from Tyko Capital secured in late 2024. Completion is targeted for late 2027.
Villa Miami's Major Food Group partnership brings hospitality programming to residents — the same group behind Carbone, ZZ's, and Sadelle's — positioning the building as much as a lifestyle destination as a residential address on the waterfront.
