Naftali Group has announced two new ground-floor retail tenants for JEM Private Residences at Miami Worldcenter: ITO•Kaya, a Japanese dining concept from the team behind the acclaimed New York and Las Vegas omakase restaurant ITO, and SunLife Organics, the Malibu-born wellness café known for its organic smoothies and superfood bowls.

ITO•Kaya will offer nigiri, sashimi, skewers, cocktails, and sake in a format designed to bring downtown Miami a restaurant-quality Japanese experience at street level. SunLife Organics adds a health-forward café to the building's programming, consistent with the broader wellness focus seen across Miami's luxury residential market.

The retail announcements come as vertical construction on the 67-story tower advances rapidly above the podium, with a Q4 2027 completion targeted. JEM's 50th-floor amenity deck — which will feature a 60-foot outdoor pool with a sculpture by Lorenzo Quinn — is expected to become one of Downtown Miami's most striking residential amenity spaces.
