Aria Reserve North Tower Nearly Complete — On Track for Q2 2026 Delivery

Aria Reserve's North Tower in Edgewater is nearly complete, with floor-to-ceiling glass and glass balcony railings now fully enclosing the 62-story structure. Melo Group is on track to deliver the tower in Q2 2026, following the earlier completion of the South Tower in late 2025.

Together, the twin 62-story towers — set on a five-acre bayfront site at the edge of Biscayne Bay — are on pace to become the tallest waterfront residential twin towers in the United States, a milestone that underscores Miami's rapid skyline transformation over the post-pandemic cycle.

Melo Group has also filed plans for a third tower, Aria Reserve Skyclub, a 50-story, 429-unit building that would add approximately 77,000 square feet of office space to the waterfront campus — signaling long-term confidence in the Edgewater location.
